Pharmaceutical company starts a serialization implementation project world wide. Pilot lines in USA and Germany,
cooperaton with manufacturers and service providers and global and local teams are main responsibilities. Program
management, harmonization of international teams, project start and budget planning/tracking for 2014-2017,
documentation, testing, qualification and validation, FAT SAT IQ.OQ and PQ led to a successful launch of world wide first
serialization lines in production for internationally delivering customers.
Five years strategy plans, roll out of serialization projects for upgrade of all lines considering country specific regulations
and timelines for different markets in USA, Asia, EU and the rest of the world.
January - June ‘14
Car manufacturer’s project for the whole group (concern) within R&D, CAx: Project definition, marketing material, project
structure and budget requests, project start and budget planning for 2015-2017.
January ‘13 - November ‘13
Pharmaceutical manufacturer migrates to SAP and requests support for the EDI conversion of ~160 customers in Central
Europe. Harmonizing EDI service providers, central EDI development group and the European customers: Successfully
completing the migration wave.
August ‘11 - November ‘12
Pharmaceutical manufacturer sells three plants, two in US and one in Germany, Black Forrest. Program Management with
main aspects in IT (processes, systems, software, legal aspects) and organisation. Preparation for new owner.
Successfully separating networks, connection to new owner’s infrastructure. Migration of hardware and systems.
